Bedroom Furniture Outlet

Just curious to see where most people are buying bedroom furniture for their little ones. I don't want to spend a fortune...just looking to get a dresser, mirror and nightstand. I bought some locally from a reputed furniture outlet near my home and am totally unhappy with it so don't want to make the same mistake for daughter #2.

I am looking for a cheap furniture store in milwaukee. I have looked at steinhafels and american and some other big stores but I think that trying some smaller stores might be more helpful. I am looking for a bedroom set and I do not want to spend too much money (probably no more than $1000).

If anybody knows of any furniture outlets or cheap furniture stores please let me know!

You can try Rubin's. I think they may have gotten pricier but I did get what I think is a nice set there a few years ago and it was about $300.

That's the only personal suggestion I can make.

But have you considered shopping resale? Mke has several resale stores devoted to furniture. I'm not talking about thrift stores, mind you. I'm talking about resale or consignment stores. One northshore store recently opened a used furniture gallery in their building. I don't recall the name but it might have been Armon Koch or something like that. I think it's in Whitefolks Bay.

Ruelle's has been in business for many years.

Where can i buy a screen (which the legs of the bed are sitting on, not the bedside cabinet). Does anybody know of any retail outlets in the uk, ikea have nothing like this. or perhaps an online retailer.

In my bedroom, there is a large dresser blocking the outlet. Because its on carpet, it is extremely difficult to move for me, and probably them too (I'm not sure as I'm pretty petite). So I'm wondering if the cable guy comes to install the cable, will they move the dresser, or will they say screw it and just leave. I can get a bunch of guys over to help me out after work, but then I probably have to make them dinner or buy them drinks to thank them, which I would rather avoid.

The are coming next week, so I need to know before then if I should get some help beforehand.

To douglas d, it was furnished when I moved in, but the bedroom didn't have a tv, so they weren't using the outlet.

Remove the drawers from the dresser to reduce the weight and it will be easier to move.

We used to have a Rooms to Go outlet store where we used to live. You could buy discontinued and scratched furniture for half the price as their regular store. We are looking for a new bedroom suite and sleeper sofa/loveseat, etc.... The closest RTG is an hour away in Greenville and I doubt they'd deliver that far. Any suggestions for me?
