I'm trying to create a 1910 era dining room for a school play. I need everything from a decent paint colour to what the furniture would look like, please, don't suggest anything that runs TOO expensive, and thanks a ton!
It depends on where you live, but check your state's historical society or registry website. Every state has historic homes that are open to the public.

Our dining room is fairly spacious with old antique furniture but would the fridge look out of space. It's just that our kitchen is too small and we need a large fridge as there area lot of people in our family.
Our room is about 3.6 x 4.5 metres squared
Are fridges only for kitchens??

There are two styles of dining room sets; American and contemporary.. From past experience, it is determined that American styles sold 20% more than the contemporary styles. A profit of $250 is made on each American sets sold whereas a profit of $350 is made on each contemporary set. If management desires a profit of $130,000 how many units of each style should be sold?
I'll set it up for you and let you solve.
First let's assign variable names.
Let x = number of american sets, and y = number of contemporary sets.
American sets have a profit of 250, so that gives us 250x.
Contemporary sets have a profit of 350, so that gives us 350y.
The total profit should be 130,000, so that gives us the equation
250x + 350y = 130,000
We can write a second equation from this statement "American styles sold 20% more than the contemporary styles"
That means x = (1.20)y
You now have two equations and two unknowns.
250x + 350y = 130,000
x = 1.20y
Your first step for solving would be to replace x with "1.20y" in the first equation.

Tradition trumps reform in controversial election at Surrey, BC, Sikh temple
SURREY, B.C. — A youth slate seeking a return to more traditional customs claimed victory Monday in the weekend election at the Guru Nanak Sikh Temple in Surrey, B.C.
But members of the Sikh Youth said they weren't sure when - or if - their opponents would surrender control at the temple.
"It now remains to be seen whether the outgoing management will give charge of the Gurdwara Sahib to the youth slate or continue to drag out the process in courts as they have done for the last three years," Bikramjit Singh Sandher, a leader of the youth slate, said in a statement.
Sunday's vote was prompted by a B.C. Supreme Court order that set aside a victory by a youth slate last year, after finding irregularities in the nomination process.
The group said they received 13,458 votes in the Sunday election, compared to 7,257 votes for the incumbents.
"The Sikh community has loudly indicated their desire for a positive change," the group said.
Calls to the temple and the former president were not immediately returned.
1789 Celebrates the American Chestnut with a special tasting menu ...
Comes up with to entice our palates. I was fortunate to be able to sit at the best table in the house, Table No. #14, which is situated in the John Carroll Room (main dining room) which captures the city’s history with prints from George Washington’s days as President, early maps of the city, American antique furniture, and has the best view of the elegant historic fireplace. On a windy rainy night, sitting in front of the warm fireplace, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to dine. ” usually of a duck or goose). I don’t eat too much foie gras due to its heavy fat content, but it is definitely a delicacy with its rich and slightly musky and intense flavor. I think it could be described as slightly metallic tasting or minerally.
The second course is a delicous EcoFriendly Farms Roast Poussin (young chicken) with Chestnut polenta, Brussel sprouts, Surryano ham, and red wine jus. Kudos to the Chef for sourcing his poultry from EcoFriendly Farms , a local Virginia farm located near Smith Mountain Lake in Moneta, VA known for providing DC area restaurants pasture-raised meats. The roasted chicken was deliciously tender, moist, and juicy with superb flavor. The chestnut polenta was light, fluffy, and smooth – a perfect accompaniement to the chicken.
