Ordering furniture is a nightmare with Better Home. They come up with innovative excuses each time when the deliver date nears. The best part is I cannot cancel the order as their bill states no refund. Any suggestions where I can buy ready-made furniture and where there are true, reliable and HONEST people who will deliver furniture on time.
there are plenty of good shops in bombay but i personally feel one shoud not buy everything from one shop. in that case you can buy a nice sofa set from furniture shops opp in orbit mall in goregoun (west). there are more than 25 shops. different style and price. if you like you can go for wrought iron dining table can chairs. it will be unbeleivable cheap at andheri juhu galli or oshiwara. for more vibrant looks u can use colourful floor coushions . this will ad the grace. by the way when you are through with youe home you can take them to consumetr court . at least they shoud learn a lesson. ok?

My boyfriend is clearing out his moms apartment as she has recently been moved into an Assisted Living Center. Craigslist.org and freecycle.com, just like everyone else has said. Also, find out if there is a goodwill store in your area. The stuff is not free, but it is super cheap.

Retail Sales Decline Less than Expected in September
Retail sales were better than anticipated in September as broad based gains helped offset a 10.4 percent decline in motor vehicle sales.
Total retail sales declined by 1.5 percent in September, less than the 2.1 percent drop economists had forecast. Excluding auto sales, which experienced their largest monthly fall since August 2005, retail sales were 0.5 percent higher in September, better than forecasts for a 0.2 percent increase.
Economists expected the expiration of the government's Cash for Clunkers rebate program to drag down the monthly change in total retail sales, however a 1.4 percent gain in home furnishing sales, a 1.1 percent increase in gasoline sales, a 0.9 percent boost in grocery sales, and a 0.9 percent improvement in general merchandise purchases helped offset the anticipated decline in auto sales.
