Colorado Springs New Home

My home in Colorado Springs, Colorado, received water damage, including mold damage, and we're trying to decide which restoration company to repair it. It will require landscaping as well as interior repair. Has anybody had experience with Mike Arrigo and his company, Noah's Restoration? If so, can you recommend him? Thanks.

I agree with the other poster, check out the BBB and ALWAYS the contractors board, those are your best sources for information.

Also do a check at the court house, see if anyone sued him for shoddy work.

Is it reasonable to offer 10,000 or 15,000 dollars less than the asking price?

If you have an agent, have them run a CMA (comparative market analysis) for the property. This will tell you what other homes the same size, age and location have recently sold for. From there, you can make a realistic offer. I've had clients offer full price because of market demands, and I've had clients get $10-20k less because a particular area is slow. You need more info! Did anyone tell you that Everything from rent for familie's participants, and All Public Arenas Contructed WILL COST APPROXIMATELY TWICE??? Also many sports will be training at a lower elevation (Colorado Springs is much higher, and Much closer to the Mountains) and may cause needless LOSSES! It will be a WATE OF YPUR MONETARY CONTRIBUTION!!!!!!

It was somewhat thick and smelled great but when I moved to another state it somehow got lost in the shuffle and I'm really bummed out.Does I anybody know of a cleanser for the home that is similar to this ?I think it was made entirely from grass but may have been made from daises also.It was a medium creamy green color in a short fat bottle if I remember correctly.

If I were you this is what I'd do. I'd get on line and do a search for grass cleaning products. Hope this helps.
