If I my contract is accepted 07/08/06. What is the average time frame in Georgia? What is the least amount of time that a house has been settled on?
Average 30 days just like anywhere else

No offense but "Instructions"?????????????????
To become a valid contractor takes education, testing. licensing, and experience.
Contracting to "BUILD" also takes Govt. approval at whatever level, knowledge of codes and zoning. Plumbing and electrical issues. Load and stress issues. Land issues, water table knowledge, right of way knowledge, etc etc etc etc etc etc
Begin with training, hopefully gaining knowledge, seek and perhaps find, employment in the trades, gain experience enough to be a valid contractor on your own, and the money behind you to do so, then practice the trade and be patient in the competition.

i want to know i don't have a long distance call
and i want to know how much does it cost from california- georgia using home phone
If you don't have a long distance plan on your phone, they'll probably charge you a sucker rate like 25 cents/minute.
The easiest thing to do is to get a phone card that provides cheap long distance for 1 or 2 cents/minute. If you have a credit or debit card you can buy them online from any of a zillion vendors, otherwise over the counter at most convenience and grocery stores. Be sure to check the price and the number of minutes. Some have a connection charge per call -- if you tend to make long calls, a connection charge and a lower rate is a better deal than no connection charge and a higher rate.
What can I buy to get raid of the weeds that just showed up and how can I make my grass green.
To get rid of the weeds, buy a broadleaf herbicide. You can buy them at almost any store that has a lawn and garden section. Look for 2,4-D to be a major ingredient.
To make the grass green, make an application of nitrogen fertilizer. Don't apply more than 1/2 pound of actual nitrogen per 1,000 square feet of lawn. Nitrogen fertilizers are sold with varying percentages of actual nitrogen. Fertilizers are sold as XX-XX-XX indicating the amount, by pecentage of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, in that order. So, the first number is the percent nitrogen. If the fertilizer you buy is 25% nitrogen, you would want to apply 2 pounds per 1,000 square feet to equal 1/2 pound per 1,000 square feet.
You can apply again in about 6 weeks, again at 1/2 pound per 1,000 sqaure feet. The total you apply throughout the season shuould be 3-5 pounds of nitrogen.
I'm a certified paralegal reserching this for my own lien consulting business.
Please provide detail. I found case evidence that suggests the new owner would not be responsible if they did not have knowledge of the lien and the property was conveyed prior to its filing.
Absolutely.

Industry, Advocates Agree on New Home Heating, Cooling Standards
The standards will likely take effect in 2013 and are expected to save 3.7 quadrillion British thermal units of energy by 2030, the equivalent of the total annual energy needs of Georgia, Massachusetts or Michigan.
Describing the agreement as "the biggest one we've done yet," Keith Coursin, chairman of the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute, said the rules would free industry from the "endless cycle of rulemaking."
"When manufacturers know what the rules are going to be, they can better plan for the future," Coursin said in announcing the standards.
Makers of air conditioning and heating equipment, represented by Coursin's group, signed the agreement with the Alliance to Save Energy and the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE).
Some measures will be sent to Congress for inclusion in upcoming energy legislation. Others can be implemented by the Energy Department without legislation or by rule-making steps outlined in the 2007 energy bill.

GRIFFIN, Ga., Oct. 16 (UPI) — An alligator almost 7 feet long made his way to North Georgia in floodwaters, a reptile expert said.
Jason Clark, who operates Southern Reptile Refuge in Griffin, Ga., said most of the calls he gets about nuisance alligators in the Atlanta area are released or escaped pets, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. But he said the one that turned up Saturday in Coweta County was clearly not raised in a terrarium.
“This one, he’s nobody’s pet; he crawled up here,” Clark said.
Clark believes the alligator came from the Flint River, which flows south through western Georgia. Recent flooding provided a pathway north, he said.
